Step 1: Collection of PapersDeadline: February 1, 2026
Papers must be prepared in accordance with the formatting guidelines and the provided templates. Papers that do not comply with the templates will not be included in the publication process.
The content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other conference or journal.
Authors must upload their papers to the system via the Paper Submission link by February 1, 2026.
Step 2: Paper Review ProcessDeadline: March 15, 2026
The review process consists of three steps:
Step 1 (Format): The secretariat reviews the manuscript for compliance with the writing guidelines. If it is acceptable, it moves on to the second stage of review. If it is not, the paper is rejected.
Step 2 (Plagiarism Check): All submitted papers are subjected to a similarity check to compare them with papers in the literature. If the similarity rate (excluding references) exceeds 20%, the paper is rejected. If this rate is 20% or less, it moves on to the next stage of review.
AICCONF does not accept submissions generated entirely or primarily using AI. Therefore, similarity checks will be conducted at the paragraph or section level, rather than sentence by sentence. Submissions with a high AI content will not be accepted.
Step 3 (Peer Review): All submissions will be double-blind peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to conference and readability.
Papers with a review score greater than 30 points, based on the reviewer reports, will be accepted. Other papers will be rejected.
Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection of completed paper review processes via email. Authors can also track the progress of their papers through the paper submission system.
Step 3: RegistrationDeadline: March 30, 2026
Accepted papers require at least one author to pay the registration fee.
You can access information about registration fees and payment from the "Fees & Payments" menu.
All data related to papers for which the registration and payment process has not been completed will be deleted from our records.
Step 4: Camera-Ready SubmissionDeadline: April 15, 2026
Camera-ready submission refers to the final version of your paper that is formatted and ready for publication or printing without requiring further edits or modifications.
You cannot revise your paper after the camera-ready submission deadline specified in the conference calendar.
Camera-ready submission process is only available for full papers. Therefore, IJMSIT and IEEE Xplore differ depending on your publication preference.
You can access detailed information about the camera-ready submission process by clicking here.
Step 5: Copyright Transfer (for IEEE)Deadline: April 20, 2026
After collecting camera-ready papers, one of the corresponding authors of each paper will receive an email from IEEE with a link and the proper credentials to submit the copyright form for the paper.
The copyright transfer must be confirmed via the link in the email. Otherwise, the paper will not be published in IEEE Xplore.
