Registration Fees

Select the rate for your participation type and registration date. All prices are in EUR and taxes are included.

Eligibility & Additional Papers
IEEE member and student rates require proof of eligibility. The additional paper rate applies to the same author. An author may present up to two papers under one registration; further papers require a separate full registration.
What Registration Covers
Each registration covers one author and one day, publication, a presentation certificate, proceedings, special and tutorial sessions, and one day of coffee breaks. Additional attending authors pay the listener rate.
Plan Your Travel
Accommodation, travel and visa costs are separate. For listener-only registration, contact the organizing committee.
Register After Acceptance
Complete registration and payment in SETCMS by credit card or bank transfer. You can review the payment status there.
