CAMERA-READY SUBMISSION

Important: A paper can follow only one publication process: IEEE Xplore or IJMSIT. Please do not mix the steps.

Option 1: IEEE Xplore

Use this option if your accepted paper will be published in IEEE Xplore.

IEEE process

This option requires IEEE template control, IEEE PDF eXpress validation, camera-ready upload, and IEEE eCopyright Form.

Option 2: IJMSIT

Use this option if your accepted paper will be published in IJMSIT.

Journal process

Use this option if your paper will be published in International Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies and Innovative Technologies (IJMSIT).

After receiving your acceptance letter, you need to upload your paper to the IJMSIT journal portal.

Note: IEEE PDF eXpress and IEEE eCopyright Form are not required for IJMSIT papers.

Prepare your camera-ready paper

  • Use the official conference paper template.
  • Remove all page numbers.
  • Add the correct copyright notice to the footer of the first page.

Validate your PDF with IEEE PDF eXpress

Conference ID: 73134X
  • Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site.
  • If you are using PDF eXpress for the first time:
    1. Click to Create Account
    2. Enter the following:
      • Conference ID: 73134X
      • your email address
      • a password
    3. Continue to enter information as prompted
    4. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
    5. After activating your account, log in to the system.
    6. If you are logging in to the system for the first time, fill in the personal information form that opens.

  • If you have already used PDF eXpress for another conference:
    1. Please enter 73134X for Conference ID.
    2. Enter your e-mail address and password you used before.
    3. Click on log in.

  • After logging into the system:
    1. You must load your paper into the system using the "Dashboard> Create New Title" menu.


    2. If your IEEE PDFeXpress®-generated PDF is ready for submission, click on Approve button to submit the PDF to the Conference Editor. Addition, the PDF file should be sent to the conference.aicconf@gmail.com e-mail address without changing the filename given by PDF eXpress.


    3. If your paper does not pass the PDF eXpress test, correct the errors in the incoming e-mail and repeat the same process again.

Upload the approved camera-ready PDF

  • Log in to the conference submission system.
  • Open My Submissions.
  • Find your accepted paper.
  • Click the upload icon in the Camera-ready column.
  • Upload the PDF generated by PDF eXpress.
  • Check that the paperclip icon appears after upload.
Do not rename the PDF generated by IEEE PDF eXpress.

Complete the IEEE copyright form

After camera-ready papers are collected, IEEE will send an e-mail to one of the corresponding authors with the eCopyright Form link and credentials.
